 | I designed the handbags to be the perfect “finishing touch” to any wardrobe, and to help women around the world become independent and self-sufficient. The idea came to me one afternoon, while I was in my studio, listening to the radio. I realized that in order for my art to have a more meaningful place in this world, it must reach other women, in an empowering and inspirational way. I wanted to make something that would help women to feel good, complete, and nurtured within this challenging world. I love handbags, and I thought that creating a beautiful, artful handbag would be ideal, to carry a woman's valuable items, and to make her feel special. In addition, I knew that donating part of the proceeds to a worthy cause would enable me to inspire women on a more profound level.
